Recent regulation under the Gujarat occupational safety, health (OSH) and working condition rules ,  there is a specific requirement of annual medical examination for employees aged 45 years and above. 

We at Maitri have been organising heath checkup for companies and certify physical fitness compliance for government at site or at our lab depending on companies preference.

9.    Phosphorus (Serum/Plasma)

10.   HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin)

11.   Thyroid Function Test (TFT)

12.   Vitamin B12

13.   Vitamin D [25-OH-D]

14.   Urine Routine Examination (URM)

15.   Blood Grouping

Additional Services Included

  • Physician Consultation – General Health Assessment
  • ECG (for employees above 45 years of age)
  • Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) or Chest x-ray
  • Audiometry Test (Hearing Assessment)

We also offer customized investigation packages as per the specific needs of your organization. Tests can be added or modified based on occupational exposure, statutory requirements, department-wise risk assessment, or company policy.

Camp Execution Plan

  • The health check-up camp is proposed to be conducted over 3–4 working days or depends upon number of employees

  • Investigation camp will be held with minimal disruption to daily operations.

  • All investigations and medical assessments will be conducted by qualified healthcare professionals using standardized protocols.
